Pathworks Blueprint ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of Changing Tribes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Pathworks Blueprint assessment at blueprint.changingtribes.com.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Pathworks Blueprint, we collect:
- Email address — provided by you when you access the assessment. Used to deliver your results and for contact purposes only.
- Assessment responses — your slider ratings across 40 questions. Used solely to generate your personalized report via AI.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or see your card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Technical data — basic analytics (page views, session data) collected via Plausible Analytics. Plausible is cookieless and does not track personal information or cross-site behavior.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and deliver your personalized Pathworks Blueprint results
- Send your results to your email address via Resend
- Add your contact details to our CRM (Zoho) so we can follow up if needed and keep a record of your assessment
- Improve the product based on anonymous, aggregated usage data
We do not use your responses for any purpose other than generating your report. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Pathworks Blueprint:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Anthropic Claude — AI report generation. Your responses are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your results. Anthropic Privacy Policy
- Supabase — secure database storage for access codes and assessment results. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Resend — transactional email delivery of your results. Resend Privacy Policy
- Zoho CRM — contact management. Your email address may be stored as a contact record. Zoho Privacy Policy
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly website analytics. No personal data is collected or stored. Plausible Privacy Policy
4. Data Retention
Your email address and assessment results are stored securely in our database. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@changingtribes.com.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR and CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@changingtribes.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Pathworks Blueprint does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider, Plausible, is cookieless. Stripe may set cookies as part of its payment processing; these are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
7. Children's Privacy
Pathworks Blueprint is intended for adults (18+) making career and life decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
